Urs Weidmann

Owner, Chef

Urs Weidmann, owner and cook extraordinaire, took over the Bed & Breakfast in 2000 and works every day to offer our guests an exceptional culinary experience. With his passion for Swiss cuisine, Urs creates tasty and innovative dishes that delight our guests’ taste buds.

Bibi Da Costa is also an essential member of our team, helping Urs run the establishment and welcome our guests with a warm smile. She brings a touch of conviviality to our B&B, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all our guests.

Our Story

1999 – L’Hotel de la Poste

Urs Weidmann and his family took over the former Hotel de la Poste in December 1999.

Gault & Millau

The B&B quickly gained an excellent reputation for its local cuisine, rewarded with 13 points in the “Gault & Millau” gastronomic guide.

2014 – B&B and the Rosaly Club

The Rosaly closes its restaurant and dedicates itself to accommodation and receptions.
